Less violent, but still out of line. Watch to the end where the officer says "You got that camera on? Cause if I find myself on..." Classic. To contact the police department: Baltimore Police Department However, it's probably better to contact their Civilian Review Board. But don't just send them angry emails. Remember, you're not complaining about them, you're complaining TO them ABOUT the police officer.  By the way, anybody know who this officer is?
