However, it’s probably better to contact their Civilian Review Board. But don’t just send them angry emails. Remember, you’re not complaining about them, you’re complaining TO them ABOUT the police officer.

I skate there every day during the summer. This is in B-more, at the harbor. That guy has kicked people off before but nothing like this. Crazy er. I didn’t find out about it till January. These are my spots.
I wanna smack that cop upside the head. It’s guys like him who make police officers look bad and make people afraid of them.
