When I was a littlun you would get a new video every year or so if you were lucky. I mean, that’s all the videos that came out. Companies just didn’t make videos the way they do these days where there are ten new ones every month. Because there are so many videos coming out these days, you become less and less impressed with each video. Trust me, it’s not the same feeling it used to be when I see a new video. Not that the stuff doesn’t blow me away, but you get blown away so much that soon the tricks don’t seem like that big a deal anymore.
Well, Baker 3 is something of an exception to that trend.
Every single part in this video had something that seriously impressed me. I didn’t even know who Antwan Dixon was, but he nollie heelflips the Carlsbad gap clean and does several other mean tricks in his part, and with style.
Even the little kids in this video are good. Although I’m suspicious about “Theotis Beasley” being anybody’s real name. Rammy Issa sounds like a made up name too. Man that kid’s good though.
Ok, so everyone’s good in the video, but Reynold’s truly steals the show. If you think he’s overrated watch the video and you’ll change your tune. If anything the guy’s underrated. I really don’t think I’ve seen so many incredible tricks, some in lines, in one part. And he does stuff at speed with style. The first time you watch his part you’re so blown away by one trick that you entirely miss the next one. Reynolds really is that good, even if he never turns his frontside 180 flips far enough.
Theotis Beasly is his real name lol….. Alot of people shorten it thought…… I just call him Theo lol……… But, its authentic lol.

Antwan Dixon absolutly killed it!!! his part is crazy, no mata what anyone else says his part is my favorite on the video, its so ridiculous, the kids did a number on it too, i honestly didn expect them to do well, but i give them mucho props on a awesome part, terry kennedys part dissapointed me, cuz iv been a fan for a long time and that part was mostly grinds, and i like varied tricks from him, but the rest of the video was pretty neato

why didn’t anybody mention DDs burly k/f crooks down the Hollywood High rail? Or Herm’s Nollie Inward heel off the barcelona 4-block? Oh, or that braydon dude’s full-cab flip or kickflip shifty down the triple-set? Yeah, and TK’s part was some stock 1998 weak sgtuff. He did add some personality though…
