Sorry I haven’t posted for a while. Busy busy. I just watched Chees and Crackers from Almost, and while I was looking forward to some good mini-ramp skating from Daewon (how long has it been since anyone has seen some good mini ramp footage?), and I had seen some clips and such, I had no idea it would be as amazing as it was. Although it’s only about 15 minutes long it is one of the most amazing videos I’ve seen in my life, and I’ve seen a lot of videos. In an industry that hasn’t surprised me that much in many years, this is more than a breath of fresh air, it’s like sucking on four cans of Dust-off at once. Seriously, I was blown away.
First off, it’s all Daewon and Haslam. No guest appearances. Second, it’s all mini ramp, and it’s all the same mini ramp. But it’s mini ramp like you’ve never seen it. Anything you’ve ever seen Daewon or Haslam do before is completely eclipsed by this video. Are there blunt kickflips? Yes, but how about a blunt kickflip, blunt double-kickflip, and blunt 360 flip all in the same run? How about a nollie inward heel to nose stall to frontside revert? How about switch backside noseblunt to kickflip in? And that’s just a few of Haslam’s tricks. Daewon is even more amazing.
Go watch it, and then ask your dad if he’ll spot you $1,500 so you can build a mini in your backyard.

Agreed. It really captures the ‘fun’ element of skating, which is sorely missing in most videos.
Dude this video reminds me that skating is still fun being a 34 year old skater it is cool to see mini-ramp footage being that I pretty much grew up on them. You site is really good to keep on keeping on….
