Skateboarding and nothing else. When this blog started out I had big plans to open a chain of skateshops, but my search engine optimization firm takes up too much of my time and money as it is. It's hard enough just to maintain this blog. So what this site has turned into is the mixed-up ramblings of a washed-up 30-something skater who can't kick the habit because he's truly addicted. I blog on what I know, which is limited, and sometimes I even write about what I don't know, which comprises a substantially larger body of information.

Vote for Morgan Cope

Element is allowing anyone to vote for one of six Element flow riders to go on tour with the team, and we’ve got a Utah head named Morgan Cope who’s in the running. So if you’re in Utah, go cast your vote for Morgan. Personally I think he has the best part, but I’m kind of biased. Matt Fink has a…

And should there be? If it leads to someone building…

Foot Locker buys CCS

Hmmm, Foot Locker is buying CCS. I can see it now, a kid walks into Foot Locker, a guy in a referee outfit walks up to help him, the kid says he wants some Emericas, and the referee says “Oh yeah, the Andrew Reynolds model is great for doing your kick-jumps.”

But seriously, I doubt anything will change. CCS will probably…

Keep up the work kids. Get your parents to contact the powers that be. Talk to the news media. Be on your best behavior. You have more power than you think.
